Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Currently, shipping costs are included in the price of the artwork.  All items are either shipped in a large diameter, heavy duty shipping tube or in a sturdy flat package to ensure your order arrives undamaged.

Payment Options

We accept online orders for shipment within the continental United States.  Payments can be made by several methods. To make a paypal, credit or debit card payment simply select you item(s) and “Add to Cart” then follow the instructions.  For orders outside the continental U.S., see below.

  • With Credit card processing no information is stored on our site, however we do have SSL encryption to give you fast, secure and convenient ordering
  • You may also use a personal check drawn on a major US bank  (email us at support@margarethydeart.com)
  • Or an international money order from anywhere outside the US, payable in US Dollars (email us at support@margarethydeart.com).  You will be notified of shipping costs when we receive your information below.

If not ordering online please tell us:

  1. Details of the artwork you require i.e.Title, Picture Number and which Order Option including size
  2. Check / international money order
  3. Your full address (A street address is required)
  4. The address to which the artwork is to be sent
  5. Your e-mail address
  6. Your telephone number

Items will not be dispatched until the full payment has been received and cleared.

Original works of art are shipped and packaged via USPS, UPS or FedEx Ground.

Please allow 14-21 business days from the date of your order to your delivery date.

Once your order is shipped we will email you your tracking number.

Please include your phone number with your order so that if necessary, the carrier can contact you.

Packaging

All items are shipped in either large diameter postal tubes or flat in sturdy packages to ensure your order arrives undamaged.

Damage During Shipping

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during shipping the shipping company is responsible for the refund or replacement.  You must provide all of the original packaging for the shipper’s inspection in order to be reimbursed.  Always inspect any received package thoroughly before accepting / signing for it.  You must make a note of any damage on the delivery record.  It is also good to photograph the damage and keep for you records.

The refund will be issued by the shipper and not Margaret Hyde Art

Please note, there are no exceptions to this policy.

Returns Policy

We accept returns or exchanges of original artwork if received within 14 days from the date of delivery.

They must arrive in the same exact condition as when they left and include all original packaging or have a comparable level of protection.  The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping.

If the item is in original condition, then we will gladly process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please note, there are no exceptions to this policy.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
